Mother's Day Contest Do you have a “mother’s day” story to tell? You may submit your story to About Families, and if it is chosen as our winning entry, you will receive four tickets to Blatt’s Dinner Theatre, Kutztown, for a dinner buffet and live performance. The winning story will appear in our June edition. Stories can be from a child’s perspective about her mother, or, from a mother’s perspective about her child. It could be written as an adult child about mom or grandma. You could even help your daughter compose her own story about you. A photo can be included, but is not required. There are no age or gender restrictions on who may enter. To submit your essay, simply write down the details of your story, in 250 words or less, send it in care of “Mother’s Day Story,” About Families, PO Box 840, Lebanon, PA 17042; or you can email your entry to editor@aboutfamiliespa.com, earmarked “Mother’s Day Story.’ One winner will be selected from all the entries. The winner will be notified by phone, so please include your name, address and telephone number. |
