Power*Up Education turns the tedious process of writing on a deck of index cards into simple learning fun. Here’s how it works: The user is provided with two screens (a "front" and a “back”) to type in their information. The cards can be studied in order of creation or randomly, and can be customized with decorative “skins” ranging from basketball to tigers (or any pictures the student wants to import from his or her computer). Since the content is determined by the user, the Flash*Cards are appropriate for students ages six and up. Flash*Cards can even be printed out for studying on the go.

In addition, users can share their Flash*Cards with anyone in the world by uploading and downloading them at www.powerupflashcards.com. Decks are arranged by categories such as computer science, history and math.
